So me and my wife had a meeting with the owner of the park Eddie. We were interested in buying one of his So called refurbished mobile homes for cash. The price of the mobile home was $118,000.00. We were going to pay cash. In the meeting with the owner we informed him that we just recently finalized a bankruptcy about a month ago do to medical reasons.
