This is the place that you want to go if you want to Get in shape ,build muscle, and your time is worth something. Inclusiveness is cool in some places, But exclusiveness is or what I was looking for. The owner of the facility was courteous in allowing powerlifters in town for Bench Nationals to train here at no charge. Which is a pleasant surprise given the fact that most places I train at would require me to pay for a day pass, if a training facility is not provided on site as part of the competition venue. Definitely fits the vibe of a hardcore location with no frills and sufficient equipment to complete my training cycle for the meet. Came here for a day visit and can’t say enough good things about the place. Awesome machines from a variety of top manufacturers with a hardcore training environment. If I lived in Louisiana, I would train here.
Best hardcore gym in New Orleans! Wild range of high quality hardware and everything you need for a proper session. Will definitely visit again soon 💪🏼 🇺🇸
Awesome gym if you want a serious workout! Open 24 hrs and all the weights you could want! Only serious lifters apply though.
