The owner of the facility was courteous in allowing powerlifters in town for Bench Nationals to train here at no charge. Which is a pleasant surprise given the fact that most places I train at would require me to pay for a day pass, if a training facility is not provided on site as part of the competition venue. Definitely fits the vibe of a hardcore location with no frills and sufficient equipment to complete my training cycle for the meet. Came here for a day visit and can’t say enough good things about the place. Awesome machines from a variety of top manufacturers with a hardcore training environment. If I lived in Louisiana, I would train here.
Best hardcore gym in New Orleans! Wild range of high quality hardware and everything you need for a proper session. Will definitely visit again soon 💪🏼 🇺🇸
Awesome gym if you want a serious workout! Open 24 hrs and all the weights you could want! Only serious lifters apply though.
