Lots of variety with equipment, but every machine is beat to shit and can tell nothing is cared for and the day pass being $25 is outrageous for the garbage, dirty gym. Platforms are slanted and the barbells are not maintained at all. Only reason it gets 2 stars is the variety of accessories. Wannabe bodybuilding gym with no culture
Awesome gym with a wide variety of machines - pretty much every free weight imaginable to get the job done.if there's a muscle group you want to target specifically, I promise there's a machine available in Valhalla to do so. Great atmosphere, good people, and the owner himself is down to earth, principled, and trains as well. Plenty of parking in front and back of place. Bad ass environment.
