Awesome gym with a wide variety of machines - pretty much every free weight imaginable to get the job done.if there's a muscle group you want to target specifically, I promise there's a machine available in Valhalla to do so. This is the place that you want to go if you want to Get in shape ,build muscle, and your time is worth something. Inclusiveness is cool in some places, But exclusiveness is or what I was looking for.
