Got a fiberglass in-ground pool in 2023. Terrible service & communication. Would not recommend. Took much longer to do pool install, broke a valve when they winterized pool, pool heater was slow to heat water & it almost burned up- turned out it had one natural gas orfice when rest were propane, pool pump leaking extensively after one year… likely because they didn’t put in salt water conversion kit, and list could go on. I would prefer to give 0 stars if an option. We bought the most expensive hot tub option from Valhalla in July of 2022. We have been struggling to get servicing since shortly after we purchased it. We were told a new cover was ordered under warranty and have been waiting over a a year for this, to which Valhalla has now has quit responding. Do your research before buying from this company, the hot tub is great as long as you never have to ask for any service or warranty help. Buyer beware.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! We purchased a spa in July of 2022. It came with 2 broken corner panels and 2 gouges in the tub itself. It is over a year later and the gouges were finally fixed this summer (a year later) but I am still waiting for the corner panels. Our salt generator also stopped working this summer and it took over 2 months and many texts to finally get it fixed.
