I wish I could give zero stars. We had a fiberglass pool installed by Thane and company in 2022, all went well. We also bought a hot tub from the company. Our hot tub has currently been leaking for weeks, we have called the owner for a possible repair service call with no response. The worst of our complaints are in our pool service. The company who Valhalla personally recommended for wintering our in group pool and system, botched wintering our pool system last year resulting in an in-ground leak.
