Nadine I'd very welcoming and super personable. Her expertise is top notch and I love that she explained the different processes to me and why she was doing things a certain way. You can tell she has a genuine passion for hair and making people feel their best. Not to mention, her salon she created in her home is like a sanctuary and very relaxing. Can't wait to see her again! Update: I've been going to her for about a year now and she is still just as amazing!
