Super poor customer service from them over this last couple of months. Multiple texts to the technician Shawn that go unanswered after I spent hundreds of dollars. They were supposed to come back and do more work but never followed up with an appointment even after I reached out over phone to the business and the technician (and texts). I spent over 20K last year with them on a new furnace and AC system, got their package that provides free annual maintenance. I was very impressed with how smoothly and efficiently the installation went and the effort that was made to be sure I had air conditioning before the heat hit.
