Very grateful for the Valhalla team's quick response, diagnosis and repair. Work was carried out with professionalism. Excellent working knowledge of our boiler system with everything completely explained as to what the issue was and what was necessary to repair.
My problem, although looking at a possible serious issue, turned out to a quick diagnosis which is expected to be easily and economically resolved. The repair has yet to be completed but it’s going to take a few days for the part to come in. Good job.
Great company, super helpful and supportive. I was very impressed with how quickly they responded to, diagnosed and fixed my heat pump issue.
