Great service! Found and fixed two issues.
Prices I was charged was too high. Charged $1060 for an annual service call on 2 units about 3 years old - which included some cleaning - yet the job only lasted about 3+ hours. When asked for a specific breakdown of the service, they responded that people don’t usually ask how that question on their money was spent, so I didn’t get a breakdown.
Quick but very expensive mandatory maintenance visit to secure warranty. This was followed up with repeated, unappreciated upsale pitches in an attempt to get more money out of the customer!
Cam did a great job fast and efficient.
Valhalla Refrigeration is excellent!!! My furnace that was 24yrs old died on Thursday last week. I called Valhalla Refrigeration Friday and Ryan came to my place soon after to see what I needed. On Monday Cam and Tyler came ripped out the old one and installed a new one !! Very professional and knowledgeable!!!! Thank you my house is nice and warm now !!!! Ivan
