I paid for site visit never received a quote and can't get follow up service. The guys drove 2 blocks from an existing job site to have the site visit.
Booking was easy and fast, they were on time and informative.
"Valhalla installed a hot water tank at my house. 2 plumbers came and did the job. It was done quickly and the installation went well. It was a simple out and in job. The bill came in at $1700. The tank alone was $1119.19 which I thought was very high. I called the store where the tank was purchased and I could buy it for $625. Contractors pay less! That's at least a "$500" mark up! Hands down the most organized, clearest communication Ive experienced dealing with HVAC companies. I will absolutely keep Valhalla on this list of companies I refer to and hire moving forward.
