I have lived here for 12 years and yes the rent goes up yearly based on the COLA - CPI-W (Consumer Price Index-Workers). Also, we have no control of utility increases (electric, gas, water) that the CA PUC allows. Rent is increased as the increasing cost of keeping the Mobile Home Park desirable for us residents to live here. Yes, my rent has gone up $200 in 12 years, but so has groceries, gas, and other necessities.
