I have lived here for 12 years and yes the rent goes up yearly based on the COLA - CPI-W (Consumer Price Index-Workers). Also, we have no control of utility increases (electric, gas, water) that the CA PUC allows. Rent is increased as the increasing cost of keeping the Mobile Home Park desirable for us residents to live here. Yes, my rent has gone up $200 in 12 years, but so has groceries, gas, and other necessities. Beautiful community great management look forward to living there. (Review from a year and a half ago). Updated summer 2025: I lived there for almost a year and I've been away for 9 months and in the process of moving back I really loved the community, location and especially the lower space rent. I read a recent review about the high cost of landscaping requirements I can tell you I lived there and there's no such thing!
Quite, very well maintained. Nice pool and clubhouse.
