Many of my family's remains are kept at Vallhalla. It is good to have a place where the staff is caring, knowledgeable and the grounds well kept. Jarrod at Vallhalla, was professional, understanding and kind as he helped us work through the process of internment for my mother's ashes.
We have had to update burial records. It was very involved, highly confusing, and very time consuming. ERIN MCALISTER took care of absolutely everything… And made the entire process easy to understand and complete. She is sincere, caring, and very efficient. She’s the best!
Erin and Valhalla Memorial Gardens were wonderful. My father passed away and the burial was definitely not ordinary, and then my grandmother (Dad's mom) passed away a few weeks later. Erin was very understanding, respectful, helpful, and just compassionate with everything, even down to having the funeral the same day and helping us get the Military Honors for my Dad. We have a lot of family members there. Thank you all, for everything. And thank you Erin, for being the person you are! You're wonderful to know.
Valhalla made my experience go smoothly and easy I was a mess trying to figure out how everything works my first time planning a burial for my 24 year old baby boy everyone was kind and understanding and was welcoming Erin went above and beyond her job she really cares about people and is so warm nd caring I don’t think I could have gotten through this without her she even answers my questions after business hours she is a real genuine loving lady I loved working with her I would recommend her 100% amazing beautiful lady ins... read more
If I could give Erin more than 5 stars I would! We had a very confusing and difficult experience before working with Erin, so we came in unsure of what to expect. From the very beginning, she made us feel comfortable and cared for. She immediately addressed and resolved all of the issues we had previously, and most importantly, she gained our trust.
