I’ve been to several different gyms and Valhalla Fitness is by FAR the best. What sets this gym apart is Ben’s style of coaching. Ben is fully engaged throughout the entire workout. He is informative and ensures you learn to do the workouts correctly but in an encouraging way. Ben’s workout programs are deliberately planned and challenging for every fitness level. Ben’s attention to detail has helped me improve my form significantly. The gym also has a great atmosphere that motivates and energizes you!
