As an older member of this gym, I just have to say how supportive everyone is here. The coaches are next level. Never experienced such a great team of coaches. Great Community & Atmosphere!
This is a community as much as it is a gym. I felt welcomed on day one. The workouts are as varied as the coaches. I specifically joined for the HYROX classes and I have not been disappointed. These structured workouts combine functional fitness with cardio to test physical endurance. Also, there are dogs!
Since I graduated college I have jumped from gym to gym looking for a program and environment that pushed me and was competitive like what I had as a D1 rower. It took 1 session for me to know that I finally found that gym in Valhalla! The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and really care about your progress and goals. The same goes for the members who train with you everyday.
