I literally can not believe the poor customer service I just received at this establishment. I was very excited to go to this office. I called before hand to verify they took my insurance and was told over the phone that it was accepted . I spoke with a representative named Chanel. She set my appointment for 7 am which is extremely early. I got to my appointment on time and then she tells me that they do not accept my insurance. I switched to Vahalla about 8 months ago from my longtime dentist of 25 years. I was nervous about the switch, but I have found Valhalla to be a wonderful practice with a wonderful staff. Toni has taken good care of me and is very understanding of my concerns. I can highly recommend this dental practice.
I came here because they were giving free cleanings for veterans. I haven't been to the dentist in over 2 years so I was nervous but the service I received here was incredible. Detailed, VERY thorough. I will definitely be back.
Excellent and seamless experience today for this veteran! Thanks to Dr. Kessler and crew for assisting with much needed dental work under your Veterans Day special. You guys are truly the definition of Selfless Service and I will recommend to friends, family and fellow veterans.
Edit: Kessler just responded to me and said that I'm not a valid patient and decided to write the completely fake description that my negative review may be due to "collections" or wanting drugs or something. Absolutely appalling response. This was 6 years ago and he decided to respond today. Fortunately, I keep records to show.
