The moment I walked into the place it smelled clean it was very comfortable and inviting. I got to say I received exceptional customer service from valgal. Since my early check-in to my early departure they were there answered calls and replied very quickly to messages all while making sure I was comfortable and happy with my stay. The location was amazing! Thank you valgal for helping make my stay a great one. 👍👍
Can I give negative stars? Where do I even start. Perhaps, I can begin with the fact that we were promised a single family home (this is duplex - for those who do not want loud neighbors). When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was crap (literally feces) all over the deck area around the pool. Three separate spots before we even got to the pool. They signed a contract with us to rent our house out, had guests stay there and refuse to pay us the rental dues. Please do not use their services as they have cheated us out of over $11K. We are small rental property owners who pay our mortgage based on the rental income and in times such as COVID-19, the owner and her company are refusing to pay. Please take your business elsewhere and support people like us.
