Louis cannot be trusted. I entered into a contract with him and paid half in advance. He never showed up - I contacted him each time and he gave me another appointment and didn't show up - this happened 7 times. He then stopped taking my calls and responding to texts and stopped paying the subcontractor. He took my money and never did any work and won't return the money.
This was transformed by Valex Air Duct Service Group! Our allergies have significantly improved, and the air feels fresher. The crew was prompt, courteous, and left everything in perfect condition. Very strongly advised.
I highly recommend Louis at Valex Service Group. He replaced the leaky shut off valves under my sink, extended the copper pipes and also installed a new kitchen faucet that I had purchased. He is trustworthy, honest, meticulous and was reasonably priced. I wouldn't use anyone else.
My garbage disposal unit was leaking. It was an emergency situation. Louis was able to respond within two hours. He assessed the problem & was able to resolve it immediately. I have used his service to address many home repair situations and have been very satisfied that the repairs were completed professional and at a reasonable cost.
This company is the REAL DEAL! We have had Mr. Louis and his crew out several times over the last 10 years. Our AC was struck by lightning and he was out the next day! He also come every free years to clean our system. The grass gets pretty high around the unit. When we searched four a reasonable price, he came in right at what we expected.
