Hi,one of dr Rutika patient told me she is very nice doctor and listen peoprly .she recommended me to book appointment with her .I tried to call to recption to book appointment but reception staff not ready to listen only saying sorry appointments not available cannot book .I was happy to book in advance in august but recption sorry cannot do anything you need to call again in august. Not helpful at all
Doctors are great, booking system is a joke
I am waiting since 3rd June for my referral to be sent to Frankston hospital. Valetta Admin claims they have sent it but the hospital claims they haven't received it. I reached back to Valetta Admin requesting to take some action from their end to ensure the referral is sent along with all my reports from the last 4 months. I had a very positive experience at Valletta. Both doctors were thorough and professional, and I felt well-cared for. Additionally, Harleen and Riya at the reception were exceptionally nice and efficient, making the administrative side of my visit smooth and easy. I highly recommend and appreciate their services.
