They need better management is my guess.
Valet waste is a great service. Just like any service you pay for there are rules and guidelines. Issue is, most people expect someone who takes their trash to take literally anything and anyway and things just don't work that way.
Valet waste is a horrible service. We've had to call several times to make complaints about them skipping our trash and building. Yet, they still skip at least twice a week.
