I’ve been a client for 3-4 years and love the service. The staff is quite friendly and professional. I love the fact that I don’t have to leave the house because my pet is quite timid around the vet so being in her own surroundings makes it a more pleasant experience for her.
Compassionate care and gentle care. I've been a customer for three years and they still continue to impress me. They've assisted two of my fur babies cross the Rainbow Bridge, and did it with the utmost care and love. I highly recommend their services.
It took a while to post this, my Winnie had cancer, when it was her time to go Valet Vets Dr Kim and Lauren came to our home, they were extremely caring in our worst moment, we all had a little cry as we put her to sleep, we put her on the gurney, got a goodbye hug from the doctors, 2.5 week later, Winnie was delivered back home, my dog was a SPCA dog, everytime we'd go to the vet, she would tremble, like I was going to return her, I would not allow that to be her last memory, the drive, the smells, the fear, no way, my baby... read more
