Ms. Rosa is a complete and total pleasure to work with and she always gets us a great refund. She is professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and considerate, year after year, and her fee is very reasonable and fair. Whenever I have brought my children into the office for our tax appointment, she has healthy, allergy-friendly snacks and juice for them and hot keurig drinks for me.
