Bought a new truck, wanted to get it washed. They made it cleaner then when the dealership pulled it off the showroom floor. Go to these guys. Great value great service. Rixy and the whole service staff do a great job. Try and come early or coordinate an appointment as they are increasing in popularity.

Very unsatisfied with my experience. The front desk employee was very nice but the work on my car was not great. These are just a few photos. I then contact them for some sort of resolution and they tell me I can come back for a re-do. When I told them I live far away and would prefer to just get my money back they stop responding to messages (go figure).

I took my M4 for a wash, and everything seemed fine until I parked outside and noticed the calipers and rims were still dirty. I called the number listed online, but no one answered. Had they picked up and made it right, I would have left a better review. But first, they failed to pay attention to detail—who misses the calipers in a car wash? Paid to have my new car detailed here for the mid-level price. Absolutely horrific experience with unquestionable damage to my exterior paint and hundreds of small swirl scratches due to whatever brushes they used. The interior wasn't vacuumed at all, beyond the front seats. The wait was long, probably 3 hours, which I don't mind as this is supposed to be a higher quality cleaning. Drove in before noon by chance to see if they had time while I shopped. They were already busy but did an excellent job with interior and exterior within 4 hours. Highly recommend if you give them sufficient time!
