The new owner is a b*st*rd and was pretty unreasonable when they decided to change the layout and kicked a bunch of us out with about 30 or 40 days' notice. I had been there 10 years and he was balking at allowing me till Sat. 10-2-21, an extra day or 2 because he said it was well into October, which the 2nd is not well into October. Greedy just wanted another month's rent. He is a nasty person on the phone. I know because I stood there waiting for him to quit arguing and get off the phone.
