Worst service ever. They miss nights. They come early. The newest thing now is that they are leaving notices when you 'violate' their rules. I received three notices today at my front door claiming I had put out three trash bags on three different nights over the past week. They claim to have a two bag limit. When I talked to the property manager where I live about it, she said they had no idea about the two bag limit either. Here's the kicker. Valet waste makes you appreciate raccoons, because at least racoons will take some of your trash. I live in a apartment complex that uses their service in Vancouver Washington and if I wasn't forced to pay for them I wouldn't. Do yourself a favor and throw their contact into the trash...but let's be real since it's a crap shoot they will bother taking it or leave a notice on your door saying that you time traveled an hour into the future to put it out after they started the route. TERRIBLE service!! Approx 1 out every 3 or 4 times I put our garbage out, it does not get collected. It is absolutely ridiculous, this is not a hard job but it IS a job! If we pay money to get our trash picked up, it needs to be done. I don’t want it sitting out for days while I make multiple contacts just to make someone do their job. Have had problems with this company for over a year, it’s never fully resolved.
