Wish I could leave 0 stars took my carhardt jacket that I had hit on side of machine to get simple grease stain off of they kept it 4 days to start with then when I went to pick up looked like it might have just been washed I brought to dry cleaner because I needed it dry cleaned and it’s worse than when I started They offered to do again for another week but what could you do 2nd time why wasn’t that done to begin with horrible management
I've never used this cleaners, but when I went to drop a jacket & top off @ 1 hour's, NOBODY WAS THERE, THE CLEANERS WAS EVEN GONE. I I haven't lived there in 4 years, so I had no idea the cleaner's was closed. Took my clothes to Valet Cleaners, paid for them UP FRONT, which cost me $26.00, they offfer no Senior's discount, no discount for pre paying up front ...... NOTHING!!!
