Good car wash! Rama was great and really helpful.
Rama was the best!
Pass holders waited 30 minutes from The Queensway to the front of the line. Non pass holders drove right up and got in the front of the line no problem at all. Very unfair to the pass holders. When addressed the manager had nothing to say
Disappointing customer service. One of the two car wash lanes appeared to be out of service, so I proceeded to the other lane, assuming it was available. A staff member accused me of cutting the lane, but what bothered me most was his rude, condescending attitude and the way he spoke to me, as if he were talking down to me. There is a professional and respectful way to address customers, even when there is a misunderstanding. Unfortunately, the staff member’s attitude made this a very unpleasant experience.
