the basic package I purchased did include an exterior clean, yet it was still left with obvious dusty and muddy spots. When I simply tried to wipe off that remaining dirt myself, the young girl stopped me fiercely and with an incredibly rude tone. My main complaint isn't about expecting 'more' than what was included; it’s about the aggressive and unacceptable attitude your staff used towards a customer. A basic package doesn't excuse terrible treatment.
The service and the staff its very good
Got my toyota hilander done interior and exterior cleaned by lucy and lakshay. Great job guys. Will be back soon with my other car. 🫡
Pretty good place, the prices have increased quite a bit in the last few years. Rama at the entrance us the happiest person you'll meet, Airways smiling and really enjoys his work, rare to find these days. I'll have to update this review with some not great updates. I used the self service basis and the experience was terrible. I had to move to 3 different bays until I found one that the the credit debit card payment would work, this means moving you're car mats each time.
