The customer service was extremely poor. The staff was rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this car wash. Extremely poor treatment. The way I was handled was unacceptable and unprofessional. The service quality was very bad, but the worst part was the extremely poor customer treatment and lack of respect.
Very disappointing experience. The customer service was rude and unprofessional from the start. I paid a deposit, but the service was never provided, and no effort was made to resolve the issue or return the money. Instead of helping, staff were dismissive and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place based on how customers are treated and how this situation was handled..
