My family and I are monthly members at this car wash, which is why this experience was disappointing. My son went through the wash and while his car was already on the conveyor in neutral, an attendant came to his window and spoke to him very rudely, telling him to get off his phone and that he almost hit the car in front of him. During my visit an attendant stopped the wash and came to my window in a rude way. She told me to roll the window down and reverse, then said “get off your phone, you almost hit the car ahead of you.” My car was already on the conveyor, in neutral, and my foot was not on the pedals. In an automatic wash the system moves the car, not the driver. I asked how I could almost hit the car ahead when I was not touching the pedals.
