Just had the worst experience. I paid for protection package but I just got just basic wash. I wish it was just basic wash but instead it cost me fortune, the car washing brushes damaged my car plus it didn’t not dry at all there are water stains on my car and remove my car paint but not the bird poo stains on my dashboard. I just got my car washed here today, first off the bug remover that the customer has to get out of his car and put on himself was like a bucket of mud water, seriously mud water, so I go to the other bucket and it completely empty, fine I get up to the the machine to pay, all goes well but it won’t give me a receipt, so I pull up to the attendant and inform him of the bug juice being mud water and no receipt, he tells me the machine does not give receipts and I have to go into office to get receipt.
