Valet Car Wash is great. Best service, and Ekas was amazing — fast, friendly, and my car looks brand new. Highly recommend.
I had my car washed and detailed here, and honestly the difference came down to Ekas. He took his time, paid attention to the little things, and actually made the car look… respectable again. The exterior was spotless. What stood out most was the attention to detail. It felt less like a quick service and more like someone took pride in the result, which is rare enough to be worth mentioning. Amazing customer service to say the least.

I would like to suggest adding a mirror near the attendant’s position so drivers can easily check their tire alignment when entering the car wash. Even though attendants give verbal instructions, having a visual guide would make the process safer, quicker, and more accurate. In addition, I recommend creating a designated spot for washing car mats equipped with a water spray or pressure nozzle. This would allow drivers to clean their mats and would greatly improve the overall customer experience.
