Staff members are very nice. Detailing staff know what their doing. Definitely a great place that feels like a family.
Exceptional customer service. Came in with a bit of extra road grease on my car and Sam A the assistant manager personally pre-treated and scrubbed my car before my wash and pressure washed it as well, highly recommended if attention and detail and Customer Service are important to you!
Ekaj was the most impressive employee I have met. He went way over and above with me. I was late due to unforeseen circumstances, causing my appt to be cancelled. He kindly agreed to let me in a bit later but then he came to me and said he would do my car personally and immediately even though he wasn’t on detail duty. He is such a kind, thoughtful and thorough person. Ryan, at the car wash entry was als very personable.
Well started off with the kid almost backing my truck into the wall, then was Very disappointed in the outcome of my $72.00 " superior int" wash/ clean They never wiped down the doors. Only sprayed the floor mats on the floor cleaning the dirt to sit on them and didn't clean the windshield, Not to mention the wash was down again...
It's always a pleasure to go to Valet car wash! Vaccuums are always free! Come check it out for yourself!
