Great place. Clean and high tech. I'm a member now.
Last 3 times I have been here at 8:00 when they are supposed to be open they are not . App doesn’t work anymore not run very well at all .
I've been having problems with my Monthly Membership, my card does auto pay but the last 2 mos it's been withdraws but it tells me I need to update my card , I emailed corporate and they told me something that didn't make sense, the Car wash manager Here in Syracuse won't never come out the office, the workers seen my bank statement with withdrawals regularly, the manager told them to scape it off without even talking me myself I lost a whole month of washes $32 down the drain .
