Last week my car would not start and Chris promptly went and got his Jumpstart machine they have in case of emergencies and jumped my car very quickly..

He consistently failed to carry out his responsibilities, leaving me to rehire, retrain, and manage daily operations while he spent most of his time in his office watching YouTube or taking extended breaks. Honestly, Chris at Valet Auto Wash was amazing. Super professional , super helpful, and he actually made the whole experience smooth. Plus, the wash itself was on point,car came out looking amazing. Can’t ask for more than that.

Their machine closest to the building did not give me the correct amount of change so i had went inside to see if they could give me the rest of my change and the manager was nothing but disgusting and rude. Yes, it was only $4 but its the principle of the situation. He looked out the door and blamed the first black man he saw and the man wasnt even in the same lane as me.
