Great...if/when they're opened. 3rd day in a row not open, today at 4pm closed. No customer service (phone number says to go online) to inquire on why they're not open during reported "open hours." At the very least, when closed update your website to report this. We pay a monthly price for unlimited car wash, be respectful and provide updates on opening times and closing times.
This place is a joke. I paid $39.95 at the beginning of the month to only to use it a few times. This place is never opened. Seems to only be open if and when they feel like it. Prior to getting my membership I was never informed you had to scan in every time in order to be able to use the vacuums. I assumed by paying the fee it was optional to either get a wash or use the vacuum. Today however I was rudely told by an associate that I couldn’t use the vacuum.
