Appaling customer service!! The “upgraded” PROTECT car wash was no good on my Audi A6 S-line and left residue sticking onto the car. So took to the self-cleaning bay. The staff at the bay (called himself José), was cocky as hell when I showed him the result of the wash. Said “thats what happens when you dont clean your car for “months”. Though he did see how sharp the car looks between residue the car auto-wash couldnt clean. Poor auto wash and there are very minor scratch marks after the car wash, it is not a good place for a car wash. If you sign up for monthly and they won’t give you card, then you have to go Lawrenceville New Jersey to go and get a car wash card for monthly service. If you ask and show receipt specially at Route 1 location near Marketfare mall, they won’t entertain and blame you to not going to Lawerenceville to get a card. There is no sign or instructions on receipt when you signup to get the card. Worse service ever !
