Got my MDX oil change on 07/23/2022, a week later my car had a Rocker arm issue and took it to the Open Road Acura. After diagnosing, I was told I need to oil service, I told them I just got it done a week ago. Service rep said oil in my car is extremely dirty and need to change. They changed the oil and everything woks fine. Open Road Acura did not charge me for Oil change as I paid for the diagnostics and they applied the oil change charges to the diagnostic fees.
