They are always open, it seems. There are 4 or 5 different levels of cleaning to choose from. You can also get a membership package. You pull up to the machine, choose what you want, pay with your card or cash, and they direct you in
Today my wife went to get her car washed. Your sticker wasn't working so she pressed the button for service, the girl that came out was nice and did her job. The guy on the other end of the radio was rude and lucky I wasn't there. She asked since she had a sticker, could they just put here through and fix it in the office after. The manager said no, she needs to back up, get out of line, and come to the office. My wife simply left. The reason I can't give 5 stars is it was too overstimulating going through it. The flashing lights made it worse.
Do not use this car wash. It will ruin your car. The stones/salt get stuck into the padding and will then scratch the car. Took the paint right off the bumper. See pic. It will happen and it will be too late !! Just use touchless !
