Waited more than 30 mins for my consultation for a blepharoplasty … 10 mins into my wait, I called the clinic to check in about what’s going on. I understand that people run late sometimes, that’s fine, however— the receptionist told me that she meant to call to inform me that they’re running late but didn’t. Dr Drekman and her amazing team at Valesprings were wonderful and supportive from day 1. The choice undergo a cosmetic procedure is never an easy decision but I felt so at ease with the entire staff that it made my experience memorable.
