Dropped into Valesco this morning, was immediately met by friendly members! Drew was the coach! 10/10 experience. Drew coached the class A-Z, mobility and warm up followed by explaining complex movements and giving great tips to progress through them. A fun workout to finish. Great gym with big open clean space just next to the river! Team respond quickly on instagram. Lots of equipment (clean) and easily available. Facilities to shower after! Parking on site. I signed up to Valesco, St Philips in February ‘25, to slowly begin a manageable fitness regime. Right from the beginning I was really impressed with the interactions with the staff, the mandatory classes and techniques to ensure you understood what exercises you were doing and the overall friendliness of staff and all the other members. This gym is amazing! All the coaches are lovely, as someone who is new to training and very unfit I’ve always felt welcomed and encouraged. I recommend it to everyone. The classes are great and fellow gym goers are also so welcoming.

Valesco are warm and welcoming to all new comers and beginners. The staff and the other members are all so friendly and and help you when you not sure. I would highly recommend joining you won't regret it, I loved it and look forward to all my sessions.
