I called to reschedule an appointment and was shocked by how rude and unprofessional the receptionist was. While discussing a previously missed appointment, she reprimanded me by saying I didn’t call to cancel therefore I “broke” the appointment and stated it was “a bummer” that I left the doctor with 90 minutes of nothing to do, as if my absence was a personal attack. I have been going here for several years and trust my family's and my dental care to Dr Vales and her staff.
Called to do an appointment to do a dental cleaning and the receptionist was so rude ! I am not going to this place i was considering it because it was so close to my work to bad that the lady was so hangry that day !
