Excellent experience working with Joshua Valero on a Nissan Leaf buyback (due to battery issues). I originally found him through Google reviews as a lawyer who had a lot of experience with Leaf buybacks. True to the reviews he is great - friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and supportive! I recently had an issue with my Nissan Leaf after a recall went awry and I absolutely could not have navigated this situation without Joshua Valero. He is efficient, responsive, kind, helpful, and got me almost triple what Nissan offered me for the car. The whole thing took 45 days and once I hired him, was relatively stress free. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
I contacted Mr. Valero on May 04th, 2026 about a serious electrical issue my 2022 Landrover Defender had experienced the year prior, and whose related expenses I paid for out of pocket.
