I paid for the ultimate and I needed a rerun to have the tires cleaned properly they were all brown and still full of dirt and not cleaned and as I asked for a rerun they said no and contact corporate and weren’t helpful at all never again
Tried this spot after a place in Laguna Niguel failed to adequately clean my 4Runner. This spot did a fantastic job. Pre-soaked and washed all sides of the vehicle before it went through the wash, and it was hand dried after the blowers did their part. Super satisfied with the attention to detail. 10/10 recommend without hesitation.
One suggestion close the car wash down over priced and my dog could do a better job of washing my car than the underdeveloped machines used at this location. Will cause vehicle DAMAGE!
