Vallerie is a massage therapist thst apsolutly knows what she is doing. Not all are created equal but she knows just what to do to get things feeling ok. I highly recommend her if you have lower back and sciatica issues.
I have been hesitant to try a massage because they have always hurt. Valerie did a great job listening to my concerns and going lighter than what other clients like. I’ve been back multiple times and would highly recommend her. Valerie listens and provides a relaxing, healing massage!
