I bought a couple of macarons from them at the farmers market for $4 each, and they were honestly some of the worst macarons I've ever had. They were extremely dry, and the filling was bland and lacked any real flavor. At $4 per macaron, I expected much better quality. I'd rather buy a dozen from Trader Joe's for around $5—they taste far better and are a fraction of the price. I genuinely don't understand the hype. Definitely not worth the cost.
Our daughter from the Netherlands brought this home to us and we both decided it was the best pastries we've ever had. Even better than the ones we had in Paris. We will be looking for you soon for these amazing treats!
We met this fabulous baker at Eco fest and were totally blown away by the quality of baked goods they offer. The best baked goods money can buy hands down. Thank you for the delicious French treat here in Iowa!
I love this bakery!!! I've tried most of their stuff, and everything tasted great. My husband and I visit them every Saturday in Newbo farmer's market.
I have loved all these bread I have gotten here. There are often fun flavors of bread as well, I remember a fig something that was delicious. I have found most of the bread I have gotten to be very crusty and perfect to accompany soup or a cheese plate. I also recently got an almond croissant and it was so good. I think it is such a cute little gem and love stopping by occasionally to pick something up.
