Dr Skrelja is an extraordinary medical doctor: very thorough, easy to talk to, listens intently, questions for clarification; you feel her concern for your medical issue. She is an excellent diagnostician, (often making diagnoses missed by other doctors) and even better practitioner! I feel exceedingly GRATEFUL and very BLESSED to have Dr Skrelja as my primary care physician!!
I have been a patient of Dr. Skrelja for just about 10 years. Seven years ago I was 70 pounds heavier, out of shape and had horrible blood work. Dr. Skrelja took the time to explain where I was headed and it was not good. I tell her at every physical since that she saved my life! She is the best!
I have found Dr. Skrelja to be an excellent and thorough physician who listens carefully and responds thoughtfully during my annual exams. I have been to many doctors who are dismissive of my concerns regarding prescription side effects but this is not the case with Dr. Skrelja. She recognizes that people respond differently and doesn’t insist that side effects I’ve experienced could not possibly be from a medication. Based on my experience my now adult children have chosen her as their primary care physician as well.
Dr Skrelja is always personable, proactive and caring-a great internal medicine doctor.
