Dr. Serrano is an excellent physician. She listens to concerns and is proactive about finding answers in a conservative yet, effective manner. I also appreciate the fact that she provides a plan of action to help determine the causes behind any physical symptoms described. She is most kind and I feel blessed to have her as my primary care physician. Thank you!
She is a great person, shows compassion and tries to genuinely be helpful. The best thing about her was that she didn’t make us wait like most other doctors commonly do.
Dr Serrano was great. Unfortunately, she is not my pcp. My pcp cancelled my appointment. Second time it’s happened and, since I needed a refill on my medication, I made an appointment with a second Dr. That appointment got cancelled two minutes prior to my appointment time. Dr Serrano was kind enough to take my appointment on her day off. It took less than two minutes to get my prescription refill, but it was an unnecessary ordeal. This practice needs to do much better scheduling patients.
Very thorough and takes time with her patients,and makes sure you have all your health issues taken care of.
