I would recommended Valerie to anyone looking for an empathic and highly skilled therapist. As a fellow clinician, I have trained and consulted with her on many occasions, and have found her to be both deeply insightful and genuinely warm. This combination is surprisingly rare to find, and Valerie embodies it. She is also especially skilled in working with trauma, and has extensive training in EMDR. I have sent clients her way in the past, and would do so again without hesitation.
