My Husband & I went in to make an appointment with the Dr. And was asked if we had insurance and we said yes, but they didn't accept that insurance, we had to have VSP or something like that. We told them that we had cash and we could pay for our glasses, but both of us are on Medicare, and the Doctor told us it would be Fraud if she accepted us. It doesn't make sense to us that we could pay cash.

I came in as a new patient. Doctor Hatley takes the time to get everything right. I was apprehensive of how she changed my prescription, turned out to be exactly what I needed. She is amazingly skilled at what she does! Her staff are also very helpful and friendly. Best vision experience I have ever had, and have been happy with other providers. Doctor Hatley and her clinic is amazing!

Office manager is very unfriendly and should not work in the customer service field. Techs and the doctor are all very nice except her. You don’t snicker at people just trying to reword their question so you better understand.
