Valerie has been a great help when it comes to finding us a home. We received her information through a friend who she helped sell their home and we couldn't be happier with her. She's very professional and knows the area well, along with the Real Estate market. She listens to what we're looking for a new home and hasn't wasted our time trying to show us houses over our desired budget. I called Valerie when I found out I'd be relocating to the area due to a job promotion. She was immediately responsive and asked me for a list of things I was looking for in a home as well as what budget I needed to stay in. We needed to find a house in a little over a month and Valerie made it happen. She is very thorough, really knows what she is doing and helped us with all our questions and needs. Valerie really went above and beyond for us. I would recommend her over anyone else.

Valerie McEvoy got us our dream home! As we approached retirement, we decided to move to a state where we could be closer to family and have more acreage and better growing conditions for our gardens. We chose a small college town near OKC. Valerie traveled from OKC to show us properties. Our hearts were set on this one home and we got it! There were obstacles along the way, but, with Valerie’s skills and positive attitude, it worked out beautifully!

Valerie McEvoy helped me buy an investment property in Oklahoma City, while I was living in another state. When I decided to sell the property, she was my listing agent. Even though I was selling during the worst part of the recession, because of her market savvy, I was able to sell quickly and realize a profit on the sale. Very unresponsive. Likes to conduct business primarily through text messaging. responses to calls were usually, "I'm at church" or, "this is family time, I will call you tomorrow". Calls at 9pm. I would not recommend.

Searching for a home in such a large city with so many suburbs can be extremely overwhelming. Valerie McEvoy helped us find the perfect home within our price range and in a safe neighborhood. She provided constant guidance and advised us every step of the way. Valerie attended the closing and even followed up with us weeks after the sale to ensure all agreements with the seller had been carried out. We are exceptionally pleased with our new home and our neighborhood...thanks to Valerie McEvoy!
