I went to this woman for over 10 years. I thought she was leading me in the right direction. But for my anxiety due to my O.C.D she put me on Xanax Er and left me on it for that 10 year period. Never once did she say I should get off of it. Like other doctors since have said. I also have bi polar disorder that she wrote off as just mood swings. It sent me to an institution for awhile. Dr. Hartman is patient, she is kind & she listens. I was hesitant about getting an ADHD test at my age, but she gave me comfort in knowing there is no shame in it. It's just how my brain is wired. She went above & beyond for me & I'm thankful. I absolutely recommend her.
When I first met Dr Hartman I was intimidated by her. She was all business during the testing and there was nothing personal discussed until later. But when I came in to consult with her regarding the results, she was able to help me understand what was affecting me most and what would probably not affect me forever. She is wonderfull and great but I have been waiting 5 weeks for her to send paperwork to my Dr's office but nothing and she is supper hard to get ahold of
She committed insurance fraud in our case. She collects insurance then refuses to follow through on submitting reports. She was very easy to communicate with until she received payment through the insurance, at which time she abandoned care and will not respond to the requesting neurologist who needs the report.
