We were so pleased with Valerie's work on our kitchen/foyer/great room remodel and sunroom refresh! Valerie is efficient, great with colors and pulling the whole design together into a beautiful, cohesive final product. She has such great attention to detail and communication was top-notch. So professional! One of the best things about Valerie is that I never felt pressured - she wants you to enjoy the process and wants you to be completely happy when the project is complete. Highly recommend!!

Valerie seemed like a great person but I was not happy to pay an invoice that was very different than quoted in writing. Continued follow up after the consult was voluntarily given and apparently billed out without my approval or even asking me about my budget. Not satisfied on the service itself and lack of communication. If I wanted to move forward with her advise or loved her design direction, I would have hired her to continue. I was under the impression that I was getting a consultation.

We had a part of our basement remodeled with Valerie's help. She was an excellent partner to us and helped us from the beginning with inception of design to implementing the plan and finally tying up all lose ends. She coordinated with different people ( cabinets/ flooring/ electrician/ general contractor/ lighting) and executed the plan perfectly. We worked with Valerie to refresh our living room as it was originally decorated in 2014. We appreciated the different options that Valerie offered. One could opt for her doing the entire project or consulting or somewhere in between. Valerie came out for an initial visit to see our space and get to know our style. We told her we would like to keep the paint color and showed her a picture which captured the color palette we were interested in. I guess unlike others we were not happy at all. We feel she insisted on payment of $1000 for very little effort in return. To be precise, she spent less an hour on site and told us what color paint to buy. She simply directed us to the Houz website. There was no help with individual pieces or fixtures, no written plan, nothing in writing, just one short visit.
