I had a disappointing experience with Alex, who was quite rude during my recent call. I was transferred to this office after my doctor underwent surgery, and while my first visit was excellent, my second experience over the phone was frustrating. It seems they struggle with patient retention, especially when it comes to hiring representatives like that for phone inquiries. LOVE Valerie! She saw me for most of my visits during my pregnancy. She always made time for my questions and was always very friendly.

Always very friendly, takes the time to answer questions and applies personal touch, as if one was there everyday. Very professional and friendly staff. Always nice to see familiar faces.

Been visiting the office for about 15 yrs. I would see Dr. Gluck for my annuals and then Valerie for most of the time. In my visits or questions in regards to wonders I felt rushed or beige on her answers. Not sure why. I would recommend for her to be more attentive to the patient and questions.
