Valerie is a kind, compassionate and caring therapist who loves her work with children and teens. She does well with trauma using EMDR and play therapy. She is fun and relatable with teens and supports the entire family. I am grateful to know that I can send referrals with trust and confidence.

I regret bringing my child to see Valerie. I was in the middle of a divorce. We brought our child in as a couple who's first priority was their child. Valerie would regularly email my former husband personally to talk about our child and to discuss a hobbies that my former husband and her husband shared while refusing to respond to my emails. She is manipulative in dealing with couples and has no problem emailing one behind the others back. I found a new provider for my child. The new provider said that she will never refer another person to Valerie because of her boundary issues.
