Just had a bad experience. That is all I just want to say.
The patient care is terrible! I went in for an annual check up and discussed concerns about a lump in my breast. Dr Valerie Allen also had a concern about the lump and said she'd order a diagnostic mammogram. I asked for clarification on how to schedule the mammogram and I was told I would get a call from scheduling. That was a Friday morning and I hadn't received a call by Monday afternoon. Dr. Allen is a professional and kind doctor who led me through the pregnancy and delivery of both of my daughters. Cannot recommend highly enough!
