I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Silberman and her assistant, Fifi. They are always very professional, reliable, and attentive to patients’ needs. I would especially like to highlight Fifi — she draws blood gently, painlessly, and always gets it right on the first try. She always returns calls promptly and makes sure every request is handled without delay. She truly deserves to be recognized by the office manager. I am very grateful to this team of true professionals!

appointment schled and DR refused to provide refills (as my husband was a new patient) and insisted to wait until bloodwork returns for RX to be provided. three weeks later, day of the appointment call received from office that MD had an emergency and had to rescheduled. asked if husband can see another MD, receptionist was so rude and stated that doctors cannot be switched within the practice. appointment scheduled for three weeks out and upon the visit MD ordered blood work to be done on fasting, office staff never communi... read more

Professional and competent, has diagnosed serious issues quickly for us in the past. But bed side manner is very lacking. Appointments are 15 min maximum and basically lasts as long as it takes her to fill out the inter-office billing code paperwork and take vitals, blood sample. Never explains the side effects of medication prescribed or what to watch out for, just automatically sends to pharmacy. Icing on this cake of frustration was that she declined to see me because I was 7 min late.
