I love Dr Madrid..she actually LISTENS and takes your feelings into account. She's helped me so much im so sad she left

These are the worst doctors to see! I had a medication I needed to be moved from one pharmacy to another and have been trying for the last 4 days for someone to help me! I have been lied to repeatedly, promised to get calls back from the nurse and not a single call. They don’t care about their patients. Their MyChart is a joke too. Sent a message to my doctor on there and cricks.
The doctor is good but the nursing and office staff definitely leaves alot to be desired ,very unprofessional. If I could I would rate -0 Ibecause of this alone
