I had a reservation at 1 pm today at Mt.Sinai. I went there at 12:30 pm filed all paper and waited until 1:30 pm. Nobody there cared that I waited for a long time. Then when I asked what's going on, they said it would take another 15 minutes. Shame on you!
I went to see her for abdominal pain because my pcp was out on vacation. She accused me of inappropriately using ER resources on a monthly basis, which is entirely untrue. If you didn’t read my chart, just say so. Don’t make stuff up.
