Absolute horrible hospital they almost killed my french bulldog told me he had air in his colon when he had pancreatitis. Thank god I found a good vet to heal him. Stay away from this hospital not only did they almost kill my dog they took zero accountability. Nelly theit supervisor is also beyond rude and a joke. Stay away fron here.
This is second or 3rd time we have taken our dog Logan to. Never had a bad experience and they treat Logan like a dog, it sounds weird but only because he has birth defects. I've read the reviews and trust me they are not like that at all. Pricing is also the same almost anywhere, plus they treat my dog really nice. They took care of my Tuxie Cat with upmost love and care for my feisty little Happy Very reasonably priced; they made sure you approve of the work to be done with itemized breakdown of the costs involved and let you make informed decisions. My dog recently had a tumor removed, I noticed that the area of surgery looks concerning so I reached out to schedule a check up. I’ve never encountered a rude caller who degrades clients and concerns. The caller who appears to be the Office Manager DOESNT KNOW how to communicate with people. Maybe consider a different career, your rudeness makes vet medicine ugly. Not to mention, this caller hangs up on me with no explanation. Straight rude. Access Pasadena would never.
