Dr. Duarte mph and Dr. Ellis md; this team was very insensitive. Gave no resolution nor did they care to listen regarding symptoms. Treated me as a joke and didn’t bother reviewing my medical chart to better work through issues I’ve been having. Wasted a month and a half waiting to see her to be laughed at and not taken seriously. Left with none of my questions answered and no treatment plan and no understanding. Very unprofessional and disrespectful being treated.
Appalled by the medical service. Took my family member here and drove from Dallas. They did not answer any of our concerns and very unprofessional. We left with so many unanswered questions and confused. Dr. Duarte and her staff were extremely insensitive. They never even looked at my mom’s medical reports and were so ill prepared.
Thanks for Dr.Duarte and her team with nurses are amazing
