Val and her entire design team at Valeria are incredible! I hired Valeria after I had already started a remodel and ran into a structural issue. Because she is an architect and designer, she was able to solve the problem with a solution that made the project even better. After that, I asked her to finish the entire project. We worked with the company a little while ago but ended before we finished the project. We never seemed to be on the same page style-wise. We felt her concept was being forced on us. Anytime we pushed back, correspondences got short and longer in between. Communication and professionalism skills could use a tune up.
Val was absolutely FANTASTIC to work with on our home!! She’s a rare find, truly! Not only is she a talented and fabulous designer, but Val is one of the most caring people I’ve ever hired. Your home will matter as much to her as her own and the effort she will put into your project is endless. She went above and beyond in all she did for us and I’m forever grateful. Val would even stay up all night to work on our designs! Not everyone puts that kind of heart into their work and we were the fortunate recipients.
