I wanted to leave an honest review of my experience here. I booked a free consultation, which was easy. I’ve already had braces but unfortunately got treatment in another state, therefore I was left to find another orthodontist to help me when my permanent retainer broke. I was brought into a room where I sat down with a woman who asked me what I was looking to do. We love Valeri Ortho. Dr. O’Connell has been overseeing my daughter’s braces for the past 18 months. She is friendly and warm as well as understanding and knowledgeable. The perfect person to care for our 10 year old patient. Her and Dr. Valeri share a wonderful support staff as well! They all work together to provide seamless care, explaining each step of the way, easing any anxiety my daughter may have had. Thanks for a wonderful first round :)
They are the best orthodontist I’ve ever been to. Super flexible with appointments, nice and great hospitality from the workers, clean area, and when I got my braces on, it was super fast and professional. Also on my birthday, they got me a big cupcake and a balloon so I truly thank them for that.
